MOST POPULAR NEIGHBORHOODS IN ROCKWALL TX

​I pulled keyword data for the most popular search terms for Rockwall and here are the top five neighborhoods listed and some interesting information about each.

Breezy Hill Rockwall
This neighborhood is on the north side of Rockwall and its homes are on the higher end of pricing for Rockwall. Homes currently for sale range from $552,830 all the way up to $856,473. In Breezy Hill you will get a neighborhood pool and a playground as part of your amenities here. There are two builders remaining in this neighborhood, Megatel Homes and Grand Homes.

The second most popular neighborhood from Google searches is Rockwall Downes.
While this neighborhood doesn’t offer much when it comes to amenities, it’s very close to Interstate-30 which gives you a jump-start on your commute. Some homes in this neighborhood have a greenbelt behind the back yard, which is nice, but these homes are on smaller lots that don’t require as much maintenance. This is a Megatel neighborhood and the starting price for a home of theirs is $429,000.

Third on our list is Sonoma Verde.
This neighborhood is on the south side of Rockwall and is actually in a town called McLendon-Chisholm but it’s in Rockwall County and still attends Rockwall ISD schools. This neighborhood features a pool, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, playground, soccer fields, and a baseball diamond. There are four builders in the neighborhood: Highland Homes, CastleRock, Perry Homes, and Bloomfield Homes. Homes on the market currently start at $455,000 and go up to $669,950.

So the first three neighborhoods have been new construction neighborhoods but the fourth neighborhood on our list of most popular neighborhoods in Rockwall is The Shores.
The Shores is on the north side of Rockwall and is known for being well established with mature trees and homes that aren’t too cookie-cutter. This neighborhood also has access to the Rockwall Golf and Athletic club that features two pools, a splash pad, tennis, fitness center, playground, a pub and a restaurant. Oh, and don’t forget golf. You do have to pay extra for that last one but the dues of a little over $600 year still get you quite a bit. The least expensive home currently for sale in The Shores is $348,900. The average sales price is $416,681 for homes sold over the last three months.

The last one on the list is Stone Creek.
This neighborhood is just across the road from number one on our list, Breezy Hill. Stone creek has a neighborhood pool and they also have a really large city park on the edge of the neighborhood. A new phase is currently underway in Stone Creek and the builders in that neighborhood are Pacesetter Homes, Chesmar Homes, Megatel Homes, and Highland Homes. Homes on the market currently start at $486,000 and go up to $765,906.
